About a year ago, Proc-IT, which specializes in payroll, time management and services, joined the consulting and software company Valantic. As part of the change of name, the former Proc-IT will be integrated even more closely into the Valantic world.
Customers of Valantic People will thus benefit not only from the company's proven expertise in the area of HR software solutions, but also from holistic consulting and an expanded range of solutions. The move is more than just a name change, as Thomas Schwarz, Partner and Managing Director at Valantic, responsible for the Valantic People Competence Center, explains:
"We entered into the partnership almost a year ago and, looking back, I can say that everything we expected from this merger has been fulfilled on all levels. The new name is now the next logical step towards the 'One Brand' strategy. This will allow our customers to benefit even more from the expertise and resources of the entire Valantic in the field of human resources management."
